Net Hope Project

As a custom home builder, David Hesla has enjoyed being involved in many charitable building projects over the years.  Our project that was presented for the Tour of Homes 2014 was  a long-time dream and personal goal for David.  In partnership with ZeroHomes.org and The Garner Group Real Estate he created the Net Hope Project to support individuals and families who are fighting cancer in our community

While pursuing the goals of its founder, Seven Bridge, Inc. had the pleasure of working with some of the best subcontractors and material suppliers in the industry.  All of our partners selflessly gave their expertise, time and materials to build a beautiful home that has exceeded industry standards. Not only did we raise money to benefit The Saint Charles Foundation, we were able to achieve net zero certification and an Energy Performance Score of 6.

Net hope is amongst the highest rated homes in the state of Oregon for energy efficiency and was also designed to be low in VOC to be a healthy home environment.

UPDATE: Net Hope was honored with the 2014 COBA Green Building Award!

This award winning home by Seven Bridge Inc. and all of the supporting building partners raised nearly $74,000. All proceeds were donated to the Saint Charles Foundation programs, providing support services for local cancer patients in our community.

Local Artist (Beale Jones) purchased Net Hope.  She immediately felt connected with the home aesthetically and the story of the Net Hope mission was also close to her heart personally.
